What is the minimum billing on a one-way drop?
One-way drops are billed for a minimum of 130 km. Round trips use a 250 km per day minimum. The estimate total already includes driver bata.
Are tolls and parking included?
No. Tolls, parking, permits and hill entry are extra and charged at actuals with receipts.
When do I get my driver's details?
As soon as a driver confirms your trip, we send their name, number and vehicle details on WhatsApp.
